Copyright Policy

Every effort has been made to ensure that nothing on the City of Cork VEC iTunes U site infringes copyright.

If the City of Cork VEC is notified of a potential breach of copyright, or receives a complaint indicating a breach of copyright,?the electronic material involved will be removed from iTunes U as quickly as possible pending further investigation.

Where the grounds for notification or complaint are considered plausible, the electronic material will be withdrawn from iTunes U until further notice, so that efforts can be made to resolve the matter.
