The Application Form

There is one application form for the Student Grant. All applicants must complete the application form and submit required documentation.

Application Forms, Note booklets and Final Course Acceptance Forms for grants for the 2011/2012 academic year are available from the Education Support Services Department, City of Cork Vocational Education Committee, 21 Lavitt’s Quay, Cork, tel. 4273377.
